What nicknames have you had and what are the reasons behind them?

The first I remember is Becky-bear. I dont know if it stemmed from one particular teddy bear present or if it just worked out that way, but my wall hanging was a teddy bear (now in Chloe's room), my Mom was given a teddy bear as a surprise right before she had me and now it's Chloe's :)

Then it's Becky. I was called that because Mom named me after her best friend Rebecca Hunter and she goes by Becky.

Becks was just always there...

Becka. I gave it to myself. When moving from California to Colorado I felt like I wanted a more grownup nickname going into junior high. So I switched it, didn't like the "cc" and made it "ck".

Usagi. It means bunny in Japanese. My friend and I watched a lot of anime and drew a lot... and what not, so it stuck :)

Bex happened in high school. My family called me "Becks" but that didn't seem much of a nickname cause it wasn't shorter, so it turned into Bex to make it shorter to write.

Which is why my name in a friend's phone is "Bex with an x". He had another nickname for me but he cant remember what it was. I think it is convenient memory loss because I've heard the nicknames he has given girls that married into the Budge Boys or didnt...

Nothing too exciting. But there you have it.
