Fortune Cookie

When my computer crashed... wait, it starts before then.

Jameson's and my "first date" well, the first date we went on where we were actually with each other and not another date, we went to P.F. Chang's and my fortune cookie said:

"A thrilling time is in your immediate future"

That was rather thrilling! I kept it safely on my desk so that if things worked out with us, I would have it. One day, it was gone. I dont know where it went. I searched my trash. I cleaned my room. I MOVED and it never surfaced again. Luckily, I immortalized it on Facebook back in February 2009 as my status. I also saved it on a post-it note on my computer.

One day, my computer crashed. It lost everything. Including my post-it note immortalizing my fortune. Tonight I sat on my computer and hit "Older Post" until I found it once again. Thus, why I am writing this blog. It needs to be on more than just a post-it. It needs to be on my blog, in my journal, framed, etc.

P.S.
Every time I go to P.F. Changs I hope for the same fortune. Even though it wouldn't be the original one, it would be close. We tried for it when we found out we were going to have a baby, but I guess it doesn't work when you are expect it.
