Battle of the Minds

From the couch, where I sit, I can see the dishes.

The dishes can see me too.

I haven't done them in a while. But I am pretty sure there used to be a counter under them.

We are out of plates.

I enjoy a clean kitchen. But they are sitting in my clean kitchen unopposed.

Why?

Because they have brainwashed me into thinking they aren't there. Just, piles of CLEAN dishes...staring at me for no reason.

Dishes are sneaky.
