Christmas Playlist

Hey everyone! So since this is the week that I *officially* endorse listening to Christmas music (don't ask about unofficially...) I figured I would make a few posts concerning the sounds of the holidays. I'll start off today with a traditional playlist, then I'll post my playlist of songs that...may not be so traditional, and then I'll post a judgmental post about some songs that are played on the radio. So here we go!

Jameson's 2010 Traditional Christmas Playlist

1. Boston Pops Orchestra (Narrated by Robin Williams) - A Visit From Saint Nicholas

2. Nellie McKay - The Christmas Waltz
There's no video for this, but you can listen to it here.

3. Barenaked Ladies - I Saw Three Ships

Sorry for the awful video

4. Findlay Brown - Last Christmas

5. John Denver & The Muppets - Noel: Christmas Eve, 1913

6. Mannheim Steamroller - Away In A Manger

7. Vince Guaraldi Trio - Christmastime Is Here

8. Relient K - Silent Night/Away In A Manger
No video again, but audio can be found here. It was way hard to find, too.

9. Relient K - I Celebrate The Day

10. Barenaked Ladies feat. Michael Buble - Elf's Lament

11. Darius Rucker - Candy Cane Christmas

12. Vince Guaraldi Trio - O Tannenbaum

13. Barenaked Ladies feat. Sarah McLachlan - God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen/We Three Kings

14. Bright Eyes - Blue Christmas

15. The Red West - It Came Upon A Midnight Clear
And once again, no video. The audio can be found here, just click on the top song.

16. John Lennon - Happy Xmas (War Is Over)

17. Jars Of Clay - Little Drummer Boy

18. Matthew West - Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow

Well that's that! If you were to believe that this took a very long time, you would be underestimating it. But I'm pleased with it.

If you don't like the songs, well don't listen to them.

Happy listening!
