I'm not going to lie. My favorite blog posts are not the ones that give an account of what happened that day or anything, although those can be awesome. Every once in a while they're important as well, as shown by the previous blog post: my wife was in the hospital. But I am a big fan of posts that deal with insights, annoyances, etc. Like the people that complain about shoes with sandals or whatever. My biggest problem is I never have fun insights. Or at least when I do, they come at random times that are quite inconvenient for blogging. These examples include driving, in the shower, sitting in class, etc. I wonder if I would blog more if I had a phone with internet. A sidekick or blackberry or whatever. Are sidekicks still around? Anyway.

To be honest, my phone is dying. It's gained a new feature in the past week: every time I close it the screen turns white until the backlight goes off (however long that takes). If I open it again while it's white, it stays that way. It's fun. It doesn't sound bad and it honestly isn't, but it's a slight level of annoying. I have a Samsung Blast, which I've enjoyed but I'm ready to move on. And honestly I'm not sure what kind of phone I would want. I like the old candybar phones actually. You know, with no moving parts? You have to unlock it by pushing 4,8,1,3 and # for 18 seconds or whatever? Yeah I'm a fan. At the same time my friend Michael has a phone that's pretty cool, and has a full keyboard and everything, but it's still basic. I don't like smart phones. My parents are moving to India soon so I have to get a new plan and everything so we'll see what I get.

So I've been writing this for about an hour. I've watched almost two shows. Currently I'm watching a Blue Collar Comedy thing. It's pretty funny. I've always enjoyed Bill Engvall. The other three are alright, but he's hilarious. I highly recommend anyone listening to his CD 15 degrees off cool. So...take what you will from that.

Anyway, the whole point of my continuous writing was honestly so I would come up with something semi-interesting to say, and as we can all see it has been wholly unsuccessful. But that's alright. I'm sure I'll come up with something someday.
