Birthday

So we are behind on blogging. We try to give the other person a couple days grace period when they post so that they can get comments or whatever, and it winds up a week later with no post. We went to the zoo yesterday, and that deserves a blog as well, but for now I am finally getting to blog my birthday!

So the day before my birthday on Saturday, Becky treated me to a party! We went to Tucanos for lunch/dinner (and had a terrible waitress) with my brother Brenton and my sister and her husband Jessica and Adam. After stuffing our faces, we went back to our place to have a little get together. I got some amazing presents; Becky gave me some awesome red, green and orange socks and a game Portal 2 (which is awesome). She also got me a years subscription to Game Informer. Yes, I am a nerd. She also got me the most awesome shirt, which you can view here. Or on facebook. My siblings got me Super Smash Bros for the Wii and a board game called Kill Doctor Lucky which is darkly hilarious.

Becky also made me the most amazing cake...it was shaped like a dinosaur! It was also delicious.

Anyway, not sure what else I can say about it. It was a perfect day thanks to my amazing wife and family. And our two year anniversary is coming up next month. Crazy! I hope you all are doing well :)
