Hello Little Girl

Today we learned that we are having a little girl! It was amazing. I'm gonna tell my side, and hope (ask) Jameson writes his side. I was getting pretty nervous going in. I just had a building anxiety! It isn't like I felt like anything would be wrong, but I was worried. I so much wanted Jameson to have the little girl he said he wanted (saying he would still be just as excited as if we had a boy). And I had been going through a "mid-pregnancy-life crisis" where I was having a hard time believing I was really pregnant, that I wasn't in elementary school, etc etc.

Then suddenly I saw the most beautiful outline of a baby girl on the screen and felt the most relieving peacful feeling. Now that we know it is a girl, it feels so right. The way it should be. We got a DVD of the ultrasound... so now I can watch it whenever I want :) She was face planted at the beginning, so the tech got her moving at bit and she did not like it. I could feel her hitting back on the prod and you can eve seen her fist come up on the screen haha. She is a fighter.

We found out at 11am and I got to go hog wild calling my parents and siblings. Jameson got to tell two of his, but we waited to tell friends until we could skype his parents in India at 8:30 tonight. Good thing I worked last night or I would have gone crazy! I slept most of the afternoon.

Needless to say, we are stoked. I cant stop smiling. I've already watched my ultrasound again. We're starting to hone in on the one name we think we want to name her. Now we're thinking of middle names. Picking color schemes. We bought her an outfit to celebrate the day we found out what she is. Now her room is going to get cleared out and I am going to start dreaming of how to make up her room.

Goodness... we're having a little angel come into our family in the form of a perfect baby girl.
