Belated Mother's Day

Done? Okay. Now, Mr. T was on to something all those years ago. Mothers are pretty cool.

Yesterday was Mother's day, as all y'all know. I didn't post then obviously, but I wanted to say a couple things about my mom. She is pretty much the greatest person. Ever. Aside from Becky obviously. She has sacrificed so much for my family; it's awe inspiring. I remember one thing very clearly from when I was young: my father had zero tolerance for us disrespecting her. He respects her and loves her so much and it has been an example of the attitude I want towards Becky. My mother's love for us is obvious; and I'll never find a way to adequately express how grateful I am for it. Maybe in the next life.

I also have another mother! Seeing as how I am, after all, married. I can't say as much about Judy, as it hasn't been nearly as long, but I can say this: I couldn't have picked a better mother-in-law. She is a fantastic person and we love her.

Mothers are fantastic. Mine are fantastic. And I hope yours are as well.
