Perfect Day

This was an amazing day. We went to the temple for our weekly session and I went ahead to make sure I got there in time. I smiled at this gentleman in the hall who followed me in. He asked me if I was waiting for my husband-yes-how long have you been married?-almost 6 months-oh! i've been married 50 years now.

And he just stood there. For 5 minutes.

He started to look around and left. Twenty seconds later Jameson walks in with Brenton, so I stand up, which gets his attention (he was half way across the aisle headed toward a couple) he turned right around and walked over to us and asked us to witness. We were both very shocked and very flattered that he was so earnest about us.

We all went to work out. Brenton had to leave for a date, so Jameson and I finished up, grabbed a Jamba, showered, and ran off to Sandy for a Chipotle burrito and to hit up Ikea. We ended up finding the PERFECT entertainment center. We managed to fit the box in the car (one nail gone). I had to drive back in the back seat so that it could take the front. selfish box.

It was a ton of fun to put together and it looked SO great. We tried to put Brenton's tv in it... but..alas, it was not to be. It was too fat (no offense Brenton) so, we, very melancholy, managed to trudge over to RCWilley and bought ourselves a beautiful 32' LCD flat screen, 720 p. (see Bard? I'm learning!) And we love it. We love looking at the whole set up and seeing how established we look in our home instead of a couple of squatters.
