So it is getting pretty cold. Cold enough to sleep with two quilts... on my side of the bed. Jameson just barely started to sleep with something other than the sheet. Last night I folded a quilt so it was like I had three blankets and it was perfect! I woke up in the middle of the night freezing and I had no clue why! I looked down and all the blankets were GONE to the bottom of the bed. Next to me, happy as a lark and sleeping like a rock, Jameson is sprawled, and I dont mean one arm out, I mean legs spread-eagle, arms out SPRAWLED across the bed flat on his stomach. I see his leg is pinning the blankets to the bed and I figure, he is asleep, he cant have too much weight on the blankets. Note to self: My husband is 6'2, his leg weighs like a 6'2 man's leg would weigh. I could not get the blankets back. Freezing, I lucked out when I found my second quilt not under his grasp. I cuddled under the little throw and fell back asleep. I woke up immediately, I dont know how much later when Jameson started pulling blankets on to him. I dont know much about what happened, I just know I said "FINALLY!", pulled blankets on to me and fell right back asleep. Jameson doesn't remember any of this of course but gosh did he love hearing about it this morning.
Joys of sharing a bed!
Have a great fall day! Our love is with you
