Unexpected Deliciousness

As many of you know, Jameson has recently joined Pinterest. He actually has been on it for a while but only recently got an account. A few weeks ago my friend told me that her husband had an account as well. It is his way of making dinner suggestions. I thought that sounded pretty awesome.

So the other day we were watching Super Why with Chloe and the episode was about Wyatt wanting to make his little sister a birthday cake but her favorite thing to eat are carrots. So he goes to a book to learn how to make carrot cake. Jameson started playing around on Pinterest looking up cakes. And he found several different cakes, bars, etc.

Enter the Hummingbird cake.

Yes, you read that right. Hummingbird cake. Delicious! The description said it was a mix between carrot cake and banana bread. I cant really do it justice with words. So, Jameson had two slices last night. It's 12-16 servings and almost gone. I offered a bite to my Visiting Teacher and she ending up eating a slice, asking for the recipe after the first bite.

All I can really tell you is, pineapple chunks, bananas, cream cheese and pecans.
